I just wanted to reach out to you and say thank you for our new security door. I know there was some last minute concern on our part about the availability of our chosen style of glass but we are very happy with the new door. The door is attracting a lot of favorable attention from others in our neighborhood as well.

 

In particular, I want to give you some feedback about the installer, Sam Goodman. At a time when customer service is more important than ever, Sam did an exceptional job. He was prompt, courteous, kept my wife fully informed on all aspects of the installation and left with everything in perfection conditions. We have had work done in the past where workers have left their mess behind so it was a great experience to have nothing to do other than admire our new door.

 

If we buy again or give references to others, we will definitely recommend your company (and Sam).

Wanted to follow up with you concerning the gate that was installed at ***** in Anthem last month. I am extremely happy with the quality gate and the superior installation. I am most of all impressed by the superior customer service provided by the installation/production manager. The design of the original gate allowed for my kids to crawl through. The company recognized the problem and redesigned the gate and had it reinstalled the same week. This demonstrated a superior business model that will get my recommendation to any potential costumers in the market for gates or security doors.      My wife and I were impressed by the sturdy quality and value of the entry door First Impression constructed for our home.

 

We were equally impressed by the installer, Curtis Baron.  Curt not only excelled at every aspect of the remodel, he was a perfectionist at the completion of each component (ie. Sheet-rock, stucco, metal work, painting and highlights etc.).  He performed above and beyond our expectations.  Curt was not only skilled but he was affable, courteous and accommodating to our every request.

Hi Mike and Jennifer,

I wanted to drop a line and thank you for the great service you represented for your company. My husband and I absolutely love our security door. We leave our main door open during most of the day now that we can get a wonderful breeze without having to sacrifice our safety or home security. Just wanted to drop you guys a line a say how happy I am with the whole experience of buying gates from your website.

I was a little worried buying something from a place such a long distance from Hawaii, but with the money I saved I had to give it a shot. The customer service was excellent, the product was too. Sending a 20ft gate all the way to Hawaii without even a tiny scratch is quite a feat. The quality was amazing, and you made the whole experience very easy. If you ever need a referral for a long distance sale, feel free to give them my number.
