The door was designed and fabricated exactly per the picture we provided to Dave. The picture with small little details was perfected beyond what we could have imagined. All the employees with First Impression Security Doors need to be commended from their sales, design, and fabrication to their customer service departments.

We would like to add, that sometimes the people who work in the office are often overlooked or forgotten but the professionalism and upbeat demeanor made this an excellent experience. The schedulers did an outstanding job in working with us to accommodate our schedules.
