This letter references the installation performed by one of your installers, Raul M., at my home on Saturday, October 23.

Mr. M. did an excellent job and I am quite pleased with the quality of his workmanship, his attention to detail and his willingness to stay at my home for approximately five hours to complete the installation. He encountered numerous installation issues that did not result from any of his efforts but occurred because our front doors were improperly installed.

Further, I found Mr. M. to be extremely customer focused, polite and respectful.  I rarely write a letter such as this one, because I so infrequently see excellent customer services demonstrated.

In closing, I want again to thank Mr. M. for a job well done and I am hopeful that you recognize the importance to your “bottom line” of such an employee as Mr. M.
