I just wanted to reach out to you and say thank you for our new security door. The door is attracting a lot of favorable attention from others in our neighborhood as well.

 

In particular, I want to give you some feedback about the installer, Sam Goodman. At a time when customer service is more important than ever, Sam did an exceptional job. He was prompt, courteous, kept my wife fully informed on all aspects of the installation and left with everything in perfection conditions. We have had work done in the past where workers have left their mess behind so it was a great experience to have nothing to do other than admire our new door.

 

If we buy again or give references to others, we will definitely recommend your company (and Sam).
