I didn't want to let the opportunity pass to tell you how great my experience was with Sid L.  I am extremely particular, and Sid "handled" me great:)  Not everyone can, that is for sure!!!!

I asked my salesman to email me a picture of my door once it was laid out to make sure I was happy with it...before welding & powder coating was completed.  Because my door was larger than the photo of the door that I selected, I wanted to make sure it turned out the way I wanted since this is an investment that I hope will last a very long time.  I was definitely glad that I did ask for the photo, because in the larger size, my door did not look as similiar to the door style I selected as I had expected .  Sid worked with me over a period of several weeks  (because I was out of town a lot during that time period) to make the changes that I wanted.  He was very patient and accomodating....and in the end I have a door that I really love!  My experience with Sid and First Impression was excellent and I thought you should know!
