I am writing to express my satisfaction with the way your company, First Impression, does business. From the amazing promotional materials to the final thank you post card I just received in the mail it was a pleasure doing business with you. Each and every one of your employees were professional all the way. I have to say when I first saw your advertisements and navigated your website I was unsure if I would be able to afford the high quality products I saw there. I was pleased to find your prices to be competitive and your workmanship to be superior. I traveled to several showrooms around the valley and your west side showroom was far superior.

Your sales staff was wonderful to work with, especially Catherine H. There is so much to learn when purchasing a custom security door, so many options, colors, and hardware. Catherine patiently answered all my questions and even stayed beyond closing time to assist me. I walked out of the showroom with a color picture of the doors I chose which was helpful. Catherine's marketing materials reflect quality and are exceptional. I was truly impressed. She is both talented and knowledgeable.

I have an awkward entry way to my home. However, this was no problem for your installer, Johnny. He modified the door right on site and installed it. It looks amazing! I might be biased, but I think I have the best looking and most secure security door in my neighborhood.

I just had to share my experience with your company with you. I will recommend First Impression without hesitation to my family and friends.
