“I just wanted to call and thank First Impression for rushing my order so that my wife could come home from the hospital. They require someone like her to have a rail because she just had knee surgery. She was originally supposed to come home on one day, then they changed it for her to come home earlier and you guys rushed to get the railing in. Brian R. and Daniel C. were just great. They were very conscientious and I’m just tickled to death. That railing is so secure, it would take a truck to run it over.
