Gary was also really good. He was excellent because we had some pretty distinct things that we were interested in and he was really good with offering suggestions and he wasn’t hesitant about saying whether something was a good idea or not. He was great at providing input and was honest with us. He didn’t say, “That’s perfect, that’s great!” He was honest with us and was someone that you could quickly develop trust with. That is important with someone in sales.
The door, it’s spectacular! We didn’t order right away because I had a hesitant feeling … I could order a $400 door from Home Depot, but they’re $400 pieces of crap! We bit the bullet and went with you guys. Your sales team and installers are top notch professionals. I did a lot of research before and looked and saw the Better Business Bureau rating and contractor licensing available oneline and both say good things. Terrific!”
