Just a quick note to let you know what a great experience it was having First Impression install our Ornamental Security Doors. Roger was extremely professional and helpful in presenting the product line. That was followed up with a showroom visit to Peoria where Jennifer was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service manager Tim was excellent with follow up details. Raul, Scott and Brian all showed themselves to be excellent craftsmen. A big thank you to all of you for a job very well done! We love our new doors.
