Dear Jennifer

Before another day goes by I want to write this to you. As the old saying goes, "Better late than never!"

Back in January I came into the First Impression showroom in Peoria because I wanted to install a security door in my front entryway. I'd done quite a lot of research and looked at different doors by various manufacturers, but once I saw what First Impression had to offer, I was convinced that this would be the way to go. The major decision, then, was to decide which of the designs to choose from; there are so many - and they are all beautiful!

You were so informative and helpful when I came in to look around - and patient, too! I left with all the information I needed, and when I made my decision I returned to the store to place my order. I chose the Picket Weave - a simple, but beautiful design!
Less than 2 weeks later the door was ready to be installed, and Scott did an excellent job!

There isn't a day that goes by that I haven't loved having my First Impression Security Door! It's beautiful to look at, and anyone who sees it thinks so too. There isn't another security door in my neighborhood with this lovely design - I love being "unique"!

So, I just want to take this opportunity to say "Thank you" for all your help, and to First Impression for the great job they did on my door.
I had my eye on the Bells that were on display in the showroom, and hopefully someday we'll be doing business again.

Oh, by the way, I've recommended you and First Impression to anyone who's looking to buy a security door; I tell them you are "first rate"!
