Mrs. K called from Tucson to inform me that Jon M. did an unbelievable job at her house today.
Jon spent twice the amount of time installing her door to make sure that it fit perfectly. He cut down the door and frame to install the door flush to the ground. Mrs. K was blown away. She apologized for not having the names of anyone to refer, but informed me she was going to go and recommend us on her community HOA website right after she got off the phone with me.
