My wife and I live on the west coast and are in the middle of a large remodel. As part of the remodel we are replacing the main entry doors. Entry doors are the focal point of the home and we did not realize how difficult finding the right door was, is it wood, is it metal. We came across First Impression Security Doors in a Google search. After watching several YoutTube videos on the company we decided that FISD was the right company for us. The entire order process was easy and seamless especially since they made the doors to our own custom design. Once in production they even sent us digital photos of our doors in progress which was very exciting. About two weeks later the doors were done and on their way to us. When we first saw our doors we loved them immensely. They were the dream doors that we had been looking for to finish our remodel. We had one door installed and had to wait for construction for the other. About three weeks after installation we noticed a finish issue that developed with one of the doors. We were concerned at first but as soon as we contacted FISD we were immediately put at ease. Evidently the powder coat finish started to oxidize. FISD assured us that they would correct the problem to make sure that we, the customer, were happy and sure enough they did. They quickly found a local company to come in and fix the doors. In addition, FISD even paid to have the one door that was installed removed and then put back in. Overall we were very happy with the excellent service that FISD provided and how they treated us in a very concerned and professional fashion. Jeremy, Senior Director of FISD personally helped us which demonstrated to us their dedication and commitment to the quality of their product and making sure that we were satisfied. The doors are now in and have put the crown jewel on our remodel and we could not be happier.
