After the horrible experience we had with ******, First Impression was a ray of sunshine. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and super friendly. Everything was effortless and went smoothly from scheduling the in-home estimate, to placing the order and finally scheduling installation. Plus, we were just so pleasantly shocked when we got a call the day after we placed our order and were told that our door would be ready for install the same week!

 

In these days and times it is increasingly difficult to find companies that will live up to and actually deliver on their promises of providing excellent products and customer service.
