Your crew installed our new iron and glass double front doors the week of Christmas. As I sit here the sun is streaming in and lighting up the entry. It used to be a dark space – now we feel like we’ve actually gained another room. They have truly changed our house. The doors are gorgeous and their quality makes such an improvement to the exterior and interior look of our home.
 
Terry Hardin was great to work with – she was very patient and worked with us to get just what we wanted. She never rushed us, gave us good advice, and explained the whole sale to installation process to us so there were no surprises.
 
The installation crew did a really great job. We required hard construction for the new doors and by the time they finished up – nothing was left undone. Our new front doorway looks as though it has always been there. We thought it would be a 4 day job, but they finished on Dec. 23rd – so we had the job done in time for Christmas.
 
I will recommend First Impressions to our friends and neighbors and please don’t hesitate to use us as references. I would be happy to discuss our experience with any prospective buyers you may have.

He was prompt, courteous, kept my wife fully informed on all aspects of the installation and left with everything in perfection conditions. We have had work done in the past where workers have left their mess behind so it was a great experience to have nothing to do other than admire our new door.

Wanted to follow up with you concerning the gate that was installed at ***** in Anthem last month. I am extremely happy with the quality gate and the superior installation. I am most of all impressed by the superior customer service provided by the installation/production manager. The design of the original gate allowed for my kids to crawl through. The company recognized the problem and redesigned the gate and had it reinstalled the same week. This demonstrated a superior business model that will get my recommendation to any potential costumers in the market for gates or security doors. Please pass this on to any in the chain that helped in this process. Thank you.

Even though this is a large amount of money for us in this touchy economy that we as retired people are living, we feel it was a good investment and will make it more valuable when it is time for us to go to another type of living –plus we feel much safer now that we have iron security doors covering our wooden doors. We will be pleased to recommend your company to our friends who are in the market for security doors and gates. Thank you for a job well done.

I want to express my gratitude to you for the resolution of the problem experienced due to the installation of the screen on one window.  When one side of one window pane broke on one of the 7 new screens installed, (you) reacted quickly to my distress telephone call getting me through to you.  To my complete satisfaction you understood the situation and resolved it completely with the replacement of the window.  And, as I mentioned the Security Door was fabricated and installed exactly as promised.  I have already seen my

After the horrible experience we had with ******, First Impression was a ray of sunshine. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and super friendly. Everything was effortless and went smoothly from scheduling the in-home estimate, to placing the order and finally scheduling installation. Plus, we were just so pleasantly shocked when we got a call the day after we placed our order and were told that our door would be ready for install the same week!
