Your crew installed our new iron and glass double front doors the week of Christmas. As I sit here the sun is streaming in and lighting up the entry. It used to be a dark space – now we feel like we’ve actually gained another room. They have truly changed our house. The doors are gorgeous and their quality makes such an improvement to the exterior and interior look of our home.

Terry Hardin was great to work with – she was very patient and worked with us to get just what we wanted. She never rushed us, gave us good advice, and explained the whole sale to installation process to us so there were no surprises.

The installation crew did a really great job. We required hard construction for the new doors and by the time they finished up – nothing was left undone. Choosing a gate design was the easy part….choosing the company to build the gate was the hard part. My daughter designed a gate that perfectly fit my wants and needs and we spent a VERY long time checking out gate companies to build it to our specifications. We actually had 7 companies quote our design and all were within a few hundred dollars of each other. In the end we chose First Impression Security Doors.

We decided to take a tour of the facility once our gate was built, but still in the raw stage. We were given a tour by Michael who was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Seeing my daughter’s design come to life was so incredibly exciting for us.

I think they should change their name though. I’d name it “Lasting Impression”. They did make a great first impression, but it’s the lasting one that counts!

Wanted to follow up with you concerning the gate that was installed at ***** in Anthem last month. I am extremely happy with the quality gate and the superior installation. I am most of all impressed by the superior customer service provided by the installation/production manager. The design of the original gate allowed for my kids to crawl through. The company recognized the problem and redesigned the gate and had it reinstalled the same week. This demonstrated a superior business model that will get my recommendation to any potential costumers in the market for gates or security doors. Hello, Roger! First of all, the door is absolutely beautiful! We really love it! I would like to compliment the man who did the installation for the 4 days. Unfortunately, I don't have a name but I hope you will know who was here. He was professional, polite, and did an absolutely beautiful job on every part of the process. He courteously hung plastic to reduce the dust coming into our home, vacuumed in between to keep down on the mess being tracked in, and was always picked up at the times I told him I would need to leave. I can't believe he did such a great job on every part of the reconstruction. It's like he's a door expert, stucco, painter and drywaller all rolled into one! Very talented and does fantastic work! Please pass on our praises to his boss. We really appreciated all his hard work!
I do have just a couple of questions. We notice some glue coming through onto the glass that I think needs to be fixed. And, I was also curious if you had an ETA for our iron cross. If you have a total for the iron cross, I'll be sure to send a check off as well.

He did have to do some minor sanding off the bottom and some minor chipping of our brick, but said it "fit like a glove." He was also very complimentary on your company.
