First Impression Ironworks is successful because of our customers. Over 40% of our business every day is from word of mouth and repeat customers. How do we do that? We ask our customers and we listen to what they say. Nobody is perfect and we don’t claim to be, but if anyone has a question, concern, complaint or compliment we address it and try to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
So if you have something you want to tell us, please email us. If you want to pay us a compliment, particularly about a specific person, we’d love to hear that too. Our success is due in part to the quality of our products and the fact that we stand by them. Everything is done in-house, without contractors, so that we can control each aspect of the design and manufacturing process. Our 9-point inspection checklist covers everything from the weld seams, to the phosphate washing process, powder coating and individual hardware pieces.
Once a product passes inspection and is delivered and installed with the customer, our Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you peace of mind.
We strive to keep in touch with our customers new and old through many channels, including Facebook, Google+, Houzz, our blog and monthly newsletters, so there is no shortage of ways to ask questions or bring an issue to our attention.
