Customer Testimonials

First Impression has long been considered a leader in custom designed iron security doors and windows.  But many who are following this do not have to take our word for it.  One of the things that First Impression prides itself on is the scores of satisfied customers who spread the news about our quality work through word-of-mouth and testimonials.  Here are just a couple of satisfied customers we interviewed recently who are more than happy to give us their highest endorsement.

Our first testimonial is from a local customer who can attest to the high quality of the showroom and the showroom consultant.  Kathy is a customer from Scottsdale, Arizona, who, along with her husband, purchased a security screen door from First Impression in October of 2013.  Kathy was in the market to have a matching screen door to her other existing security screen doors so that her cats could see outside but not be able to wander off outdoors.  Kathy lives close to the Scottsdale showroom and considered First Impression because it is important to her to support the local business community.  However, before she settled on a company, she made calls, window shopped, and did Internet searches to determine that First Impression was the best choice for her.  Kathy describes both her experience in the showroom and with installation as “great.”  She was also pleased with the people she worked with from First Impression, noting that the showroom consultant was “very nice” and the installer was “very conscientious.”  Kathy really likes her door and is very happy with her First Impression experience.

Our second testimonial is a bit different in that it comes to us from someone from out of state, Sheila from Wrightwood, California.  Sheila purchased her security screen door in September of 2013.  She found First Impression by doing an Internet search for custom security doors and says that the website captured her attention and was so easy to navigate that “there really wasn’t any comparison” when it came to other companies.  Sheila lives in a very rural area and due to security concerns she needed a security door.  However, she also knew that she needed it to be custom designed.  First Impression made sure to make the entire process an easy one for Sheila.  Once she saw the design that she really wanted on the website, Sheila contacted First Impression and actual iron samples with different finishes were sent to Sheila to look at and compare.  Sheila commented that this really helped a lot in making her final decision.  The trickiest part of the process was taking measurements, and while she measured many times to ensure accuracy, she also had the help of First Impression employee Nicholas who explained what she needed to do really well.  Sheila was also impressed that whenever she had a question, she got a quick response, with emails answered within 24 hours and voice messages returned within the day.  The shipping of the crate was also a major undertaking as it arrived special delivery, well protected and very heavy from having been carefully packed so that it was in great shape.  Sheila loves her door and feels much safer now that it has been installed and she cannot wait for the spring weather so she can use the security door to enjoy the cool breeze.  When asked if she would buy from First Impression again, her response was a resounding “Oh yeah!”
