Ornamental Iron, Door Manufacturer Scores #14 Spot on 2016 Valley-Wide List

GILBERT, Ariz. April 11, 2016 – It started in 1995 as a small, family-owned security screen door company, and its success and growth in the more than 20 years since proved enough to score it the #14 spot on the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2016 list of the Top 25 Manufacturers in Phoenix.

The Gilbert-based ornamental iron manufacturer and supplier of premium-quality supreme doors stands out amidst major industry giants also making the cut, among them The Boeing Co., Intel Corp. and Honeywell Aerospace. Still family-owned more than two decades after its inception, veteran-owned First Impression Security Doors now employs more than 150 employees across its expansive, 50,000 square foot operation and showroom spaces.

Cornelius attributes much of the company’s success to its ability to offer superior products with a strong emphasis on customer service. Though the inclusion on the Phoenix Business Journal’s manufacturing list is among the company’s latest accomplishments, past accolades include numerous Angie’s List Super Service Awards and a ‘#4 Manufacturing Business in Arizona’ nod by “Ranking Arizona,” among others.
