Grateful Hearts & Stronger Communities: Our 2025 Thanksgiving Reflection

As the year winds down and families across Arizona gather around their tables, our team at First Impression Ironworks is taking a moment to reflect. Not just on the doors we built, but on the lives we have touched and the communities we have served.

This Thanksgiving, we are reminded that gratitude and giving go hand in hand. Whether it is crafting custom iron doors in Gilbert or volunteering across the Valley, we are proud to serve as an Industry Leader in 100% American Made Steel Products and an active part of the Arizona community that supports us.

Building Bonds Through Service

This year, our team came together to support causes that reflect our shared values of strength, integrity, and compassion.

Our First Impression Team members volunteered for the 6th year for Midwest Food Bank, sorting and packing food to help Arizona families facing hunger. It is an organization close to our hearts, and we are proud to lend a helping hand to bridge the gap between prosperity and need.

We ran for heroes during Pat’s Run, honoring the legacy of Pat Tillman and supporting the Pat Tillman Foundation, which provides scholarships and leadership opportunities to veterans and their families.

At our Gilbert headquarters, our American Red Cross Blood Drive exceeded expectations, with more than 23 team members donating to help save lives.

Each event reminded us that teamwork and generosity go far beyond our workshop floors.

Opening Doors to Hope with Habitat for Humanity

One of our proudest moments this year was partnering with Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build. First Impression not only donated a handcrafted custom iron security door for a family in need, but we joined the build itself, helping a hardworking single mom create a safe, beautiful place to call home.

The homeowner even designed her own door with one of our experts, choosing every detail to make it uniquely hers. It was more than a donation; it was a doorway to empowerment, security, and pride.

Protecting What Makes Arizona Beautiful

We also joined Natural Restorations and Arizona Hiking Group for their 10th Annual Earth Day Clean-Up, helping restore Arizona’s wild spaces and remove tons of waste from our landscapes.

Preserving Arizona’s natural beauty is just as important as protecting its homes, and we are proud to do our part to keep our desert home clean and thriving.
