Our team members at First Impression love to get out into the public and interact with customers and potential clients.   We really enjoy watching the looks on people’s faces as they experience the “First Impression Difference” and that’s why we are busy many weekends out at home shows, conferences and festivals showing off our wares.

If you have never been to visit a booth at one of our events, allow us to guide you through what you can expect.  Typically we arrive with a truckload of products, the day before or early in the morning of an event.  We then get to work setting up the booth and configuring our display to reflect the beauty, quality and security of our product line.  We bring a variety of our products in many different designs and configurations, including security doors, screen doors, gates, railing, wrought iron entry doors and sometimes even a spiral staircase! This allows potential customers the opportunity to touch and feel the superior quality of a piece of First Impression iron artwork.

Once our visitors start arriving, we ensure at least two Design Consultants are ready and waiting to answer any questions in a relaxed, non-aggressive manner. We strive to provide excellent customer service and nobody should feel pressure to buy when they seek information.  Our booth also displays informational brochures, a monitor displaying some of our latest designs, and often free giveaways for the first several visitors.

For those who love technology, we also showcase our proprietary iPad app which allows you to browse some of our recent designs, powder coat colors, hardware options and features of our many products.

Whether you are interested in a new door, side gate, window guards, sunscreens, a spiral staircase or our new fireplace screens, there will be someone there who can answer your questions just as if you were having an in home consultation or visiting one of our five Arizona showrooms.

First Impression is proud to be a member of many professional organizations nationally and locally.
