What Does Customer Feedback Mean to Us?
Everywhere you look these days, businesses are asking for your feedback. Believe it or not we want to hear both the good and not so good. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and hearing what works (and doesn’t work) from the outside motivates us to make changes that will improve our products and services for everyone. We make it a point to respond to and address every issue, which not only helps satisfy our customers, it also makes us better. Each of our employees has specific customer service training, and we have regular reviews with staff to ensure each person upholds the standards customers expect from every encounter with us.
We have recently implemented several systems which help to capture our customers’ feedback right at the time when it’s fresh in their minds. Our 5 Star Review System has really helped us hone in on the things that customers love about our products and services so that we can do more of the things that have helped us reach the top of the rankings on Angie’s List, Yelp, Google, BBB and many more. We also send out an email to each client after the work has been completed asking for responses to a brief online survey we have created. The survey is anonymous and takes less than five minutes to complete. It says a lot about us that 40% of our business every month is generated from past customers and customer referrals.
We measure our success not only in dollars and cents but also by our customer service rankings. We have received the Angie’s List Super Service award for the last 8 years maintained an A+ rated accredited business status with the Better Business Bureau since 2002, hold two spotless ROC licenses in the state of Arizona and have been ranked a top manufacturing company by both the “Phoenix Business Journal” and “Ranking Arizona”. These awards reflect the attention to detail in our work that our customers have come to expect from us and we are delighted to accept these awards each year.
