Real American People Making Real American Products

Being a manufacturing company that produces 100% American made products, First Impression Ironworks understands that purchasing our supplies from fellow American companies does not just support American workers, we are also supporting the American economy.  The Economic Policy Institute estimates that every U.S. manufacturing job supports an additional 1.4 jobs in other parts of the country.

As a local business, we also take pride in employing the local Arizona community. And with 18 million veterans within the civilian US workforce, we are honored to have 10 servicemen on our First Impression Ironworks team.

Personally working alongside veterans makes their life experience more visible and real. We get to see the strengths they bring to the table every day. Leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are just a few of the unique and powerful skillsets every veteran employed at First Impression Ironworks (and across the country) contributes to their team.

We appreciate our veterans, and their families, not only for what they currently bring to the table but for the personal sacrifices made in the name of protecting our great country.

We would like to honor and thank each of the Military Veterans here at First Impression Ironworks:

Few groups among us deserve our recognition, respect and gratitude more than the brave men and women who have served in the U.S. military. We live freely today because of their sacrifice. If you are wondering what you can do to show appreciation this Veterans Day (or any other day), here are 9 Ways to Honor Those Who Have Served this Veterans Day.

We asked our veterans why they feel it’s important to work for a company that uses only 100% American-made products, this was their response:

“American Pride; For many of us veterans, that is a major reason we served in the first place. Being a part of producing a product, that is 100% made, strengthens that pride.” – Timothy Arthur, Engineering and Drafting Specialist, US Marine

“When the majority of America views a product and they see [made in America], they know they’re getting quality. Made in America is more than a statement, it’s a sense of pride!”Nate Jump, Engineer, US Navy

To all veterans of all branches: Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all. In short, thank you for your service! To all those who have served, Happy Veterans Day!
